Year 2

Jacques Cousteau and Amelia Earhart Classes

Welcome to year two. Our classes are named after the famous explorers Jacques Cousteau and Amelia Earhart.

Jacques Cousteau explored the sea and cleaned up pollution. He helped the animals like sharks and seals and plants like seaweed so they wouldn’t die.

Amelia Earhart was a pilot. She flew across the ocean and helped other women to be pilots too.

In year two we are good friends and we care for each other. We enjoy colouring in and playing with Lego. We are good at maths and can count in fives and tens. Maths is important because it helps your brain get bigger and learn new things. We are enjoying learning about London and have a London play area with a post box where you can post things.
